A big part of personalized programming is solving specific challenges based on your training status and goals. If you're lifting primarily for fun or mental health, it's a good idea to balance training with a variety of movements. Decisions about lifting heavy will depend on how you feel on a given day.
Your program will look different if you are competing. Your coach will base decisions about sumo deadlifting, for example, on your specific body type and leverages.
